Such Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information is collected by the Company to evaluate the credit worthiness of the potential borrowers, adherence to KYC requirements laid down under various laws and regulations, etc. Such Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information collected by the Company shall be used only for the purpose loan processing, Customer communication, regulatory compliance, online payment authentication, etc and not for any other purposes.
Shiksha Finance will not send Users any unsolicited information except where specifically agreed or necessary for operational or regulatory reasons.
Shiksha Finance reserves the right to use mobile numbers of Users to send occasional SMS pertaining to information on products and services.
 
All information submitted to Shiksha Finance via this site shall be deemed and remain the property of Shiksha Finance and Shiksha Finance shall be free to use, for any purpose, any idea, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in information given by any Users to this site provides Shiksha Finance through this site.
