Tele Caller / Customer Service Executive
Description

•Min 1-2 Yrs of experience in the BFSI sector

Responsibilities

• Track and mail SOAs to customers
• Loan repayment schedule any requests from customer to be attended to
• Preclosure requests Talk to customers and find out why they want to exit and try to retain the customer.
• Keep track of any written customer complaint letters and track to final closure (incl. RBI complaints)
• Track and respond to customer calls on their grievances, if any
• Talk to customer to giving any info or taking any feedback
• Maintain track of all customer interactions in Excel.
• Give a monthly MIS on the interactions and other feedback, if any.

a) Proficiency in more than one South Indian Language. Tamil mandatory.
b) Additional proficiency in Telugu, Kannada preferred. Atleast one of Telugu or Kannada mandatory in addition to Tamil.
