Mr. Venugopal Rao Bringing over 22+ years of IT experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry. He holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) Degree and has built a strong track record of driving technology-led transformation, innovation across Banks and NBFCs.

Earlier Venugopal Rao was with Ebix Technologies. With deep expertise in IT, technology delivery leadership and product implementation, he has successfully led complex technology programs across the retail lending system. His experience encompasses a broad spectrum of lending products, including Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Housing Loans, Commercial Vehicle Finance, and Credit Cards supported by robust platforms such as Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and Collections Management Solutions.

His professional journey includes working with renowned financial institutions and across international geographies like South America, Middle East and Europe.

At Shiksha Finance, as the Head IT, he leads the overall IT functions.
