Suresh Sakthivel is a seasoned HR professional with a Masters from Madras Christian College.

Suresh was with Innova Solutions where he led the human resources management. He joined Innova in 2017 from Kumaran Systems, where he was Senior Manager of the Human Resources division. His obsession with excellence and quality has fetched rich dividends in building his credibility in the HR fraternity across industries and student community. He has paved the way for youngsters to adopt the right work ethos and culture and bring positive changes in the Human Resources function of an organization.

At Shiksha Finance, as Head – HR, he leads by aligning Business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
