Rajesh M is an MBA Graduate with over 16 years of experience in BFSI Domain.

Rajesh has led MFI business at Satya Microcapital Ltd and managed over 500 personnel and has successfully launched 33 new branches. Rajesh has also worked in other reputed companies such as L&T Finance, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Saggraha Management Services etc.

Rajesh brings expertise in MFI Business Development, strategic planning, customer relations, operational excellence etc.

At Shiksha Finance, as BC MFI Business Head, he leads the BC MFI Business function.
