Position title
State Head – JLG
  1. Should have 10-15 years of team management experience with at least 5 years of experience managing larger geography and team.
  2. Exposure of living/working in respective state and knowledge of local language.
  3. Create a strategic roadmap and execution plan for acquisition of new location/customer in line with the overall plan.
  4. Take complete ownership of the sales process, forecast sales for specific periods and generate the targeted numbers.
  5. Lead a team of Branch Managers & Sales Executives in Student loan
  6. Recruitment, Training and Mentoring of Branch Manager & Sales Executive.
  7. Set, monitor and achieve weekly and monthly targets as per plan.
  8. Coordinate with Credit / Operation / team for loan sectioned disbursal and receivable management
  9. MIS preparation, reporting to Zonal Business and adherence to Audit / Compliance as per company Standards.
  10. Experienced in Micro Finance business.
  11.  Aggressive sales person, able to build relationship.
  1. Candidate with Sales background in Micro Finance (mandatory)
  2. Demonstrated ability to think innovatively (mandatory)
  3. Proven team management skills
  4. Self-starter and self-motivated
  5. Should open to frequent travel within territory
