State Head – JLG
- Should have 10-15 years of team management experience with at least 5 years of experience managing larger geography and team.
- Exposure of living/working in respective state and knowledge of local language.
- Create a strategic roadmap and execution plan for acquisition of new location/customer in line with the overall plan.
- Take complete ownership of the sales process, forecast sales for specific periods and generate the targeted numbers.
- Lead a team of Branch Managers & Sales Executives in Student loan
- Recruitment, Training and Mentoring of Branch Manager & Sales Executive.
- Set, monitor and achieve weekly and monthly targets as per plan.
- Coordinate with Credit / Operation / team for loan sectioned disbursal and receivable management
- MIS preparation, reporting to Zonal Business and adherence to Audit / Compliance as per company Standards.
- Experienced in Micro Finance business.
- Aggressive sales person, able to build relationship.
- Candidate with Sales background in Micro Finance (mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to think innovatively (mandatory)
- Proven team management skills
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Should open to frequent travel within territory
