Rajakumar D is a seasoned banking and microfinance professional with nearly 20 years of experience across Small Finance Banks (SFBs) and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree, he began his career in the microfinance industry in 2006 as an Executive and has built a successful career through progressive leadership roles.

Prior to joining Shikha Finance, Rajakumar worked with Jana Small Finance Bank as a Regional Collection Manager, successfully driving portfolio quality, collections, and operational excellence. Before that, he was associated with Suryoday Small Finance Bank and Spandana Sphoorty Financial further enhancing his expertise in microfinance, retail banking, and field operations.

He currently serves as the Zonal Business Head at Shiksha Finance, where he is responsible for driving business growth, executing sales strategies, expanding the portfolio, and leading high-performing teams across the Shiksha.
