Mr. Baskar Having 25+ years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry. He holds a Master of Business Administration( MBA ) Degree and had contributed to business transformation and operational excellence in large organisations.
Prior to joining Shiksha Finance, he worked with many renowned NBFCs like Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited , Fedbank Financial Services Limited, Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited and GE Capital.
He comes with proven track record in developing, training and setting up operation teams that adds big value through Strategic Cost Management initiatives and technology-led productivity enhancements.
At Shiksha Finance, as the Head Operations, he leads the overall Operations functions.
